1. New Features
a. New PIN for all accounts. Before you can start using the site, you must provide a secret PIN. This PIN will be used when requesting payments, updating your profile, etc.
b. You can now buy Premium Membership, Referrals and Advertisement with your balance as well as with AlertPay of course.
c. We now have a six month premium membership available.
d. Manual replacement of inactive referrals. You will be able to replace your inactive referrals for a small fee that can also be paid with your balance.
e. Minimum number of clicks to request payment for standard members is set to 50 ads. Premium members don’t have this restriction. I have set that number to 50 for all standard members so they can request payment immediately.
f. All referral packages include advertisement credits that you can use to promote your site. I am confident this will increase the number of ads a lot.
g. You can see where your pending payments will be sent (AP account) and will have the option to cancel those pending payments.
2. Inactive members
a. All members will be paid, but I had to cancelled all pending. You can request again now, and will receive your money as usual.
b. Daily limit for payments. This means that we will not accept more than $5,000 in payment requests a day, and never more than $2,000 per member.
c. If you receive a message stating that you can not request today, don’t worry and try a little later… remembering that now pending payments can be cancelled, and that will free funds for payments. Once we are stable again, I will eliminate that limit.
3. Pending purchases
a. Advertisements: Will double the number of ads and activate them today.
b. Memberships: Accounts will be upgraded today.
c. Referrals: I will wait to see which members come back, and I will only deliver referrals that click after today. This will reduce the possibility to get inactive referrals, but it will slow the delivery a day or two.
-- Earn3.com now has a new feature that allows premium members to request payout and receive it instantly within 5 mins of their request. This feature is better known as the "Auto Instant payout". Members can request a minimum of $3 and request a maximum amount of $10 per day. The current payout requests from our premium members will be denied so they can request via auto payout.

It's WorldClix's turn! After CroClix's new rule implementation, the administration issued another new rule. This time it's for WorldClix. Because of this, prior requests were all cancelled. My payout request dated July 14, 2008 was no exception.

As we all know now, FoxCash was hacked some few days back. Porn sites were released in the surf page and some members can't login their account. Today, admin was able to restore the system and the site is back. The sad part, though, was that the database restored was wayback June 12 which was also the date of my last pending request. Personally, this newest hacking incident caused me so much. My balance of $60+ was brought down to $28+. I also lost 7 of my referrals which were all deleted.
FoxCash admin should now look seriously into this security issue if they want to stay in the industry for a long time. We can't just always accept these incidents all the time. All our efforts to promote and keep FoxCash alive is little by little going in vain.

Well we are back again...
With some damage made off course, but alive and paying...
WE restored our database with an older one, so some things had changed!!
-Last users registered have to register again
-Last Premiums and ref packs purchased have to be credited again (we will do that in the next few hours, so please be patient)
-Refs exchanged in the inactive refs topic will have to be replaced again (we will do that too in the next hours)
-Payment list and member history has been wiped due to incompatibilities between the old and new database, so all requests have to be made again (Off course payments will be faster now)
-balances may be different from what you remember last time... (People paid in the last week had their balance reduced because of that, we don't want to pay you twice)
-Min 250 click rule has been turned off now to help people at this time!
I want to apologise to everyone as this was a bad time... some people don't respect other people's work and projects and enjoy to destroy it!

The BeanyBux team is inviting its members to come and join in another BeanyBlast to be held on 2 dates --> July 04 (mini) and July 06 (MEGA). There's the deal... we know that this feature is not good to members who don't have referals... we know that... even for people with couple of refferals.... But let's see something... we are one of the few legit sites with high rates per click that really pays you... remember that!!!
In this first phase we are inserting large packs of exchanged ads bought by our users in order to help everyone getting faster to the 250 clicks... in the last hour we had more than 50 extra ads... this will be repeated in different day hours to help several users...
This problem will only happen till the first cashout,because the 250 clicks will be reseted in the moment you request the cashout,so you can start over while you are waiting for the payment, so when we pay you you will have almost the 250 click again!! Since taking the cudgels from previous administrators, Julio, the new director, has made a tremendous job in keeping this site running and introducing major changes which I believe is very favorable for the members. When the site went down, I never thought it will ever comeback... but one ad link from another PTC site made a difference... "BUXUP is BACK!!!!". I immediately accessed my account and started clicking again. I was even unaware that they lowered the minimum payout to $5.00. My balance that time was $8+ and when I found out this great news, I hurriedly requested for payout. In less than 24 hours, one of the sweetest news "Alertpay: Money Received" arrived in my inbox.
Here's the run down of the major improvements in Bux Up:
1) Minimum payout was lowered from $10 to $5 .... and now to $2 ... what??!! don't you believe? see the screenshot below =)
2) Pending payments is now PUBLIC! "Payments Queue" link is shown in the menu ...
... and when you clicked the link, it will go to the "Payments Queue" page =)
A lot of members liked this change very much because we will already know where are we exactly in the queue.
3) Another very important change is the addition of the "Cheaters Link"...

Great news to Neobux and Paypal Fanatics!
Last June 23, Neobux administrator narrated to the whole community that Neobux's business strategies were approved by Paypal. Thus, making Paypal as one of the payment processors side by side with Alertpay. Here's the quoted post of the Neobux admin in the forum:

Exactly three weeks ago, PayPal reviewed the NeoBux website and our business strategy and concluded with assurance that we have nothing that goes against their Terms of Service.
They even explained the reason why others had their accounts frozen in the past and it made perfectly sense but this will remain classified.
PayPal will be our new payment processor in the future side-by-side with AlertPay.
However, we must take this one step at the time. As most of you know, we have instant payouts.
These instant payouts have been successful and we wish to keep serving our members with the honesty they deserve instead of delaying payments indefinitely.
The problem is that having another payment processor to which you would be able to cashout, there will have to be a balance between accounts. This can't be done instantly and we'll try our best to assure that instant payments will continue. However, if something fails in the instant payments area you'll be notified as soon as possible. Some new rules may have to be created for this to work but, as always, we'll try to please our members.
As you can see, 21 days have passed for this decision to be made public. This is because we want to provide the same service in an improved way. These things take time to implement and coordinate.
This is just a notice. When the all (or parts of) the system becomes implemented, I will keep you informed.
