Effective yesterday, a new cashout rule was implemented by the FoxCash administration. Some members liked the rule and some are against it. Regardless of what our opinions are, I/we hope that this move will always be for the benefit of both foxcash and its affiliates in the long run.

Here's the quoted post of FoxCash admin:

We introduced a new cashout rule to prevent the inactivity from people who have lots of refferers, so right now you must click 250 time before you request a new cashout!! this is easy to achieve as a standard member have 10 ads per day and premium has 15 ads to click daily! So don\'t strange if you click the cashout button and the system tells you that you have to click more before you can request the cashout :)

Well seems that people are divided... some people loved the idea, some people hate it!! it's always like that... There's the deal... we know that this feature is not good to members who don't have referals... we know that... even for people with couple of refferals.... But let's see something... we are one of the few legit sites with high rates per click that really pays you... remember that!!!
In this first phase we are inserting large packs of exchanged ads bought by our users in order to help everyone getting faster to the 250 clicks... in the last hour we had more than 50 extra ads... this will be repeated in different day hours to help several users...

This problem will only happen till the first cashout, because the 250 clicks will be reseted in the moment you request the cashout,so you can start over while you are waiting for the payment, so when we pay you you will have almost the 250 click again!! This measure will get the following benefits at short time:

- Less inactive users
- Faster Payments
- More cash for you

We know it seems not at this time for some people, but try to look into the near future please!!

And the surprise... we will have Inactive refferal replacement starting Monday!!! with a small fee off course... Our price will be $0.5 per refferal changed! (You will only be allowed to change refferals one unique time)

Regards

Since taking the cudgels from previous administrators, Julio, the new director, has made a tremendous job in keeping this site running and introducing major changes which I believe is very favorable for the members. When the site went down, I never thought it will ever comeback... but one ad link from another PTC site made a difference... "BUXUP is BACK!!!!". I immediately accessed my account and started clicking again. I was even unaware that they lowered the minimum payout to $5.00. My balance that time was $8+ and when I found out this great news, I hurriedly requested for payout. In less than 24 hours, one of the sweetest news "Alertpay: Money Received" arrived in my inbox.

Here's the run down of the major improvements in Bux Up:

1) Minimum payout was lowered from $10 to $5 .... and now to $2 ... what??!! don't you believe? see the screenshot below =)

2) Pending payments is now PUBLIC! "Payments Queue" link is shown in the menu ...

... and when you clicked the link, it will go to the "Payments Queue" page =)

A lot of members liked this change very much because we will already know where are we exactly in the queue.

3) Another very important change is the addition of the "Cheaters Link"...

Clicking the cheat link in the surf page ...

... will not only put you in the "Cheaters Page" ...

... but will also cause you to loose all your balance. So deep caution should be exercised in clicking.

There you go the major changes in BuxUp's life. Thank you very much admin for all the great improvements you've done so far. We hope that you will continue evolving this wonderful program.

Great news to Neobux and Paypal Fanatics!

Last June 23, Neobux administrator narrated to the whole community that Neobux's business strategies were approved by Paypal. Thus, making Paypal as one of the payment processors side by side with Alertpay. Here's the quoted post of the Neobux admin in the forum:

Posted: 2008/06/23 at 05:21 NEOBUX FORUM

Exactly three weeks ago, PayPal reviewed the NeoBux website and our business strategy and concluded with assurance that we have nothing that goes against their Terms of Service.

They even explained the reason why others had their accounts frozen in the past and it made perfectly sense but this will remain classified.

PayPal will be our new payment processor in the future side-by-side with AlertPay.

However, we must take this one step at the time. As most of you know, we have instant payouts.

These instant payouts have been successful and we wish to keep serving our members with the honesty they deserve instead of delaying payments indefinitely.

The problem is that having another payment processor to which you would be able to cashout, there will have to be a balance between accounts. This can't be done instantly and we'll try our best to assure that instant payments will continue. However, if something fails in the instant payments area you'll be notified as soon as possible. Some new rules may have to be created for this to work but, as always, we'll try to please our members.

As you can see, 21 days have passed for this decision to be made public. This is because we want to provide the same service in an improved way. These things take time to implement and coordinate.

This is just a notice. When the all (or parts of) the system becomes implemented, I will keep you informed.

Kudos to NeoBux administrators and staffs !!!

MECHANICS / PROCEDURES

1) Signup in any programs in the list (make sure you clear all your cookies before you click my referral link).
2) Email to freemoneyzone0605@gmail the following information: program, username and your alertpay email.
3) Before you start clicking, you have to wait for my confirmation that you're indeed under me. Please give me at most 24 hours to confirm your email.
4) After i have verified you, you can now start clicking.
5) This is an 85% cashback offer of the commission i get from your clicks base on referral standard click rate.
6) Everytime i request cash out from the PTC, i will take a screenshot of my downline clicks. It will be referred to as click cutoff.
7) Once the PTC pays me, your clicks (base on the click cutoff previously done) will be combined with your other clicks on the site that paid me in that week.
8) The payout will be weekly, either Saturday or Sunday. It will be sent directly to your alertpay account.
9) Your cummulative earnings for that week should be at least $1.00 in order to get paid.
10) In case you haven't reached $1.00, your earnings will be carried over the following week.

Illustration:

WEEK # 1 --- assuming i received payouts on the following sites:
Extra10:
23 clicks x $0.010 x 85% = $0.1955
NeoBux:
6 clicks x $0.005 x 85% = $0.0255
BuxP:
120 clicks x $0.005 x 85% = $0.5100
FoxCash:
200 clicks x $0.010 x 85$ = $1.7000
---------------------------------------------
TOTAL for the week $2.4310
===============================

** You will be paid $2.43 to your alertpay account either on Saturday or Sunday. If you have below $1.00 in week #1, your earnings will be forwarded to week #2.

One good thing about this offer is you dont have to wait long. Reaching the required number of clicks and then waiting for the site payout really sucks! In my type of offer, you get paid even if you have 2 clicks for site #1, 240 clicks on site #2, 5 clicks on site #3, and so on. As long as the site pays me... you will also get paid. And i will be very transparent about it. Important documents such as cutoff screenshots and excel file (read only) will be uploaded in a file hosting site (Mediafire) so you can access and see it anytime.

People worldwide are earning fantastic income and are coming to rely on their stable and growing monthly paychecks from online businesses.

My list of online money making opportunities include Get-Paid-To (GPT) Programs, Matrix/Multi-Level Marketing (MLM) Programs and High Yield Investment (HYIP) Programs. This topic will also include the e-currencies or payment processors needed to join some of the programs involved as well as some of the best Traffic Exchange sites to promote and build your downline.

MONEY MAKING OPPORTUNITIES

A. GET PAID TO (GPT) PROGRAMS

A GPT Program is a website that pays its users to do certain tasks online. These websites are almost always completely ad supported, with the members generating the income for the administrator of the website.

TYPES:
1) PAID TO READ (PTR)
Also known as Paid Emails, these are probably the most common kind of GPT website. In a PTR website, users are paid a small amount of money (usually about 1 cent) for reading an advertiser's email. Since advertising is so cheap on these websites, there is seldom a shortage of emails for members. (Examples of PTR websites are Donkey Mails, Jills Click Corner and No Minimum)
2) PAID TO CLICK (PTC)
Paid To Click (PTC) websites are similar to Paid To Read websites, the difference being that a PTC website displays its advertisements on the website. These programs do not require the user to receive emails. Most Paid to read websites are also Paid to click websites. However, there are some PTC-only websites. (Examples of PTC websites are ClixMania, ClixSense, ClicknCash)
3) PAID TO SIGNUP (PTS)
Also known as PTS or Paid offers, these websites pay members to sign up for sponsor offers. These offers usually cost money, and so these programs are not free. The problem with these websites is that there is often an overlap of offers between websites. (Examples of PTS websites are GpTreasure, Treasure Trooper, Cash Crate)
4) PAID TO PROMOTE (PTP)
These websites pay users to promote a link. They usually pay a small amount for every user who views the page.

B. MULTI LEVEL MARKETING (MLM) / MATRIX SYSTEM

Multi-level marketing (MLM) businesses function by enrolling unsalaried sales people (also called by MLM companies as Distributors, Independent Business Owners, Franchise Owners, Sales Consultants, Consultants, Independant Agents, etc...) to sell products and meanwhile earn additional sales commissions based on the sales of people enrolled into their downline, an organization of people that includes direct recruits, recruits' recruits and so on. This arrangement is similar to franchise arrangements where royalties are paid from the sales of individual franchise operations to the franchisor as well as to an area or region manager. There can be multiple levels of people receiving royalties from one person's sales.

COMPENSATION PLANS:
1) UNILEVEL
Also known as Stairstep Breakaway Plans, are the oldest and most popular plan of MLM. They feature two types of distributors -- managers and non-managers -- with 3 types of pay namely baseshop overrides, generational overrides and executive bonuses.
2) MATRIX
This plan limits the width of each level in a distributor's group, forcing strong distributors to pile ("spillover") their recruits over people who did not sponsor them.
3) BINARY
Binary plan limits the width of each level to two legs. Commissions are based on "cycles," where a distributor is paid a fixed amount whenever both legs achieve a certain number of sales units each. Commissions are paid incrementally when the sales volume in each leg matches.
4) ELEVATOR
Sometimes called matrix schemes, this features a board or a list on which each distributor pays in one or more product units to participate. When a certain number of units have been paid in, the structure splits and the earlier participant receives consideration.

C. HIGH YIELD INVESTMENT (HYIP) PROGRAMS

High Yield Investment (HYIP) Program is a type of pyramid scheme. They usually accept deposits as low as $1 while promising astoundingly high returns so careful dealings with these types of programs should be observed at all times. HYIPs, often, will claim that they make money through non-existent yet plausible means, playing to people's gullibility or ignorance on the subject. In the case of the prime bank scam, many people were led to believe that they were buying banknotes in a clandestine organization called prime bank. Other HYIP scams claim that they use special software or algorithms that have the ability to forecast markets in order to make money. They are an appeal to emotions of investors who are looking for quick cash. Unfortunately, those who invest become part of the scam. They are encouraged to promote it in order to receive payment on their investment. In this aspect, it mirrors a pyramid scheme in that users must recruit others in order to profit

TRAFFIC EXCHANGES

Now that you have joined some of the programs online, it is now time to promote these sites over the internet in order to build your own downline. We will use traffic exchanges for this. A traffic exchange is a website which provides a service for webmasters in exchange for traffic. It is similar to the autosurf concept with the exception that traffic exchanges usually use a manual rotation.

A traffic exchange website receives website submissions from webmasters that join traffic exchange networks. The person who submitted the website then has to browse other member sites on the exchange program to earn credits, which enable their sites to be viewed by other members through the surf system. This increases the number of visitors to all the sites involved. Exchanges enforce a certain credit ratio, which illustrates the amount of websites the surfer must view in order to receive one hit through the program for their promoted website. Many sites offer the ability to upgrade one's membership level for a more equal credit ratio.

As the viewers are all website owners or affiliates, it is possible that some might find certain member sites interesting and thus make note of them on their own sites, sending more traffic their way. Most traffic programs also impose a time limit when members are browsing, ranging from 10 seconds to 60 seconds. Majority of exchange programs are free to join, although many of them offer special features to paid members and offer credits for purchase. Almost all traffic exchange programs encourage users to build their own referral networks, which in turn increases the referrers' amount of credits.

PAYMENT PROCESSORS / E-CURRENCIES

Almost all of the programs in the net require an online processor or an e-currency account during the registration process. Electronic money (also known as electronic cash, electronic currency, digital money, digital cash or digital currency) refers to money or scripelectronically. Typically, this involves the use of computer networks, the internet and digital stored value systems. Technically, electronic or digital money is a representation, or a system of debits and credits, used (but not limited to this) to exchange value, within another system, or itself as a stand alone system, online or offline. Also, sometimes the term electronic money is used to refer to the provider itself. A private currency may use gold to provide extra security, such as digital gold currency. An e-currency system may be fully backed by gold (like e-Gold and c-Gold), non-gold backed (like eeeCurrency), or both gold and non-gold backed (like e-Bullion and Liberty Reserve). Many systems will sell their electronic currency directly to the end user, such as Paypal and Webmoney while others, like e-gold, sell only through third party digital currency exchangers. Here are some of the well-known and free to join e-currency systems nowadays:

E-GOLD is by far the most popular among the e-currencies. It is a digital gold currency operated by Gold & Silver Reserve Inc. under E-gold Ltd., and is a system which allows the instant transfer of gold ownership between users. E-gold Ltd. is incorporated in Nevis, Lesser Antilles. It was founded in 1996 by Dr. Douglas Jackson and Barry Downey. Transactions using e-gold have grown dramatically since 2005. The total amount of gold bars (over three tonnes) in the e-gold system is approaching the size of the national reserves of smaller countries. E-gold now generates a substantial income from spend and storage fees. There is a charge of a few cents to make each e-gold "spend" and e-gold itself now earns well over a million USD per year from fees.

PAYPAL is an e-commerce business allowing payments and money transfers to be made through the internet. It serves as an electronic alternative to traditional paper methods such as chequesmoney orders. It payment processing for online vendors, auction sites, and other corporate, PayPal became a wholly owned subsidiary of eBay. Its corporate headquarters are in San Jose, California, United States at eBay's North First Street satellite office campus. The company also has significant operations in Omaha, Nebraka, Scottsdale, Arizona and Austin, Texas in the U.S.; Dublin, Ireland; and Berlin, Germany.

ALERTPAY is a privately owned and managed company founded in 2004. It is an electronic wallet (e-wallet) payment system enabling any business or consumer with email to send and receive internet payments securely, quickly and cost-effectively. With its office headquarters in Montreal, Canada, is available to users all around the world. It is a Canadian registered corporation voluntarily compliant with the regulations of the OSFI (Office of the Superintendent of Financial Institutions Canada), FINTRAC (Financial Transactions and Reports Analysis Center of Canada) and FinCEN (Financial Crimes Enforcement Network). Alertpay fully adopts the principle of Know Your Customer (KYC) in order to ensure a safe and secure system for all the members. All monies deposited with Alertpay are FDIC (Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation) and CDIC (Canada Deposit Insurance Corporation) pass through insured in the U.S. and Canada are held with federally chartered and regulated banks.

MONEYBOOKERS is an e-commerce business that allows payments and money transfers to be made through the internet. It serves as an electronic alternative to traditional paper methods such as checks and money orders. Moneybookers performs payment processing for websites, online auction sites and other corporate users. Unlike many competing online fund transfer services, MB requires identity verification before using their service to minimize fraud and prevent money laundering. Additional verification steps raise the maximum amount transferable to €20,000 or equivalent within a 90-day period. Moneybookers does not usually get involved in merchandise disputes and the availability of credit card chargebacks may be limited.
